Fixtures announced: Here we go Nine in a Row!
Celtic will kick off the Scottish Premiership 2019-20 season with a home game against St.Johnstone on Saturday 3rd August.
With Celtic securing an historic treble treble last season, Neil Lennon’s side will be going into the new season with an eye on securing their ninth league title in a row.
Celtic’s second league game of the season is against Motherwell at Fir Park on August 10th, Hearts at home on the 24th August and the first Glasgow derby of the season will take place on the 31st August - barring any rescheduling due to TV broadcasters or Police.
The last time St.Johnstone travelled to Celtic Park, they were on the wrong end of a 5-0 hammering with Scott Sinclair scoring a hat-trick with Scott Brown and James Forrest getting in on the act as well.

Celtic have also confirmed the dates for their UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie against FK Sarajevo of Bosnia.
The first leg will be played on Tuesday 9th July in Sarajevo with a 7.45pm kick off and a week later on 17th July, Celtic will welcome FK Sarajevo to Celtic Park. Again with a 7.45pm kick off.
